Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Rakshak 360. We strive to provide the highest quality security services. However, we understand that circumstances may change.

1. Cancellation by Client

  • More than 24 hours before duty start: Full refund of any amount paid, minus a 2% processing fee.
  • Within 24 hours of duty start: No refund will be issued. The 25% deposit is forfeited to compensate the personnel reserved for you.

2. Cancellation by Rakshak 360

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to unavailability of personnel or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Service Quality Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, you must report the issue to our support team within 24 hours of the service conclusion. Refunds for service quality issues are granted at the sole discretion of Rakshak 360 management after a thorough investigation.

4. Processing Time

Authorized refunds are processed immediately by our system. However, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
