These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Rakshak 360 (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our mobile application and related services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Site/App, you protect that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site/App and you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site/App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Rakshak 360, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
3. User Representations
By using the Site/App, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
- You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- You will not use the Site/App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Service Booking and Cancellation
Bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking for any reason. Cancellation policies are strictly enforced as detailed in our Refund Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site/app.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Rakshak 360 and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
